What are the opening hours of Aji Tapa?
The Aji Tapa kitchen at Bella Vista Resort serves from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday through Monday. On Tuesdays the kitchen is closed, but the bar still opens for drinks during Tuesday Boozeday. Find Aji 2.5 miles north of San Pedro Town on Ambergris Caye, about a 10-minute golf-cart ride north of the bridge.

Can Aji Tapa cook the fish I catch?
Yes. Bring your catch to Aji Tapa Bar and Restaurant at Bella Vista Resort and the kitchen will prepare it for your dinner. Fishing charters leave from the resort pier, half a mile from the Belize Barrier Reef, so you can spend the day on the water and enjoy your fresh catch cooked to order by the sea.
When is lobster season at Aji Tapa?
Belize lobster season runs July 1 through February 28, and it is closed from March 1 to June 30, when local lobster cannot be caught, sold or served. During the open season, guests can bring their catch to Aji Tapa Bar and Restaurant at Bella Vista Resort and the kitchen will cook it for dinner by the sea.
